MISSION STATEMENT

The aim of The Island Partnership is to provide training and volunteering opportunities for the community, in order to raise the skill levels, aspirations and the quality of life of the community as a whole and the individuals within it.  Social inclusion, sustainable employment and high aspirations of individuals are seen as fundamental necessities for this to be accomplished.
The Partnership's commitment to this is demonstrated by the high levels of positive feedback it receives from the local community and the dedication of its staff to providing a varied and extensive portfolio of activities including training, education, and advice services to a level of quality unparalleled throughout Swale.
